Frame & Tail - video review program

What we collect

When you submit a video we collect: your name, email address, order number (if provided), the video file itself, and technical details of the submission (IP address and browser info, used only to prevent abuse).

How we use it

• Your email and order number are used to match the submission to your Frame & Tail account and add your 50 credits.
• Your video is used for advertising and marketing as described in the Video Submission Terms - only if you gave consent at upload and the video was approved.

Storage and sharing

Videos and submission details are stored securely with our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase) in access-controlled, private storage. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties except as needed to run advertising campaigns you consented to (e.g. uploading an approved video to an ad platform).

Retention and deletion

We keep submissions while the video program runs. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing help@frameandtail.com. Deletion of the video from future use follows the withdrawal terms in the Video Submission Terms.
